What accessories do I need?
To get started you just need a monitor, PC Tower and Keyboard and Mouse. For sound you will need either a headset or speakers. Have no fear as we offer a starter bundle to get you set up quickly.
How expensive is shipping?Â
All of our PCs include free shipping to UK Mainland. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland maybe chargeable. If you're living abroad we certainly can calculate how much shipping would be so please just ask.
What warranty do you offer?Â
We have a few levels of cover, however all of our PCs and peripherals come with a years warranty as standard. Should you wish to cover your purchase longer you have the option upon checkout.
Will my PC be built by BlackHawk Gaming ?
Yes, all of our PCs are hand built by us, we are fully trained and experienced IT professionals who also happen to be very passionate gamers. So you can relax knowing your PC is going to be build with the love and care that every gaming PC deserves.Â
How do I return my PC for a repair or upgrade?
Our website offers a simple to use support center where you can submit a ticket and a member of the customer care team will be in touch as soon as possible.Â
Do you offer finance?
Yes we offer finance through several different options such as Paypal and Klarna.
If I upgrade my PC will I void the warranty?Â
Not at all, in fact if you wish to upgrade your PC down the line we encourage you. We are gamers after all and understand that upgrades can be essential. If you damage or break any component during your upgrade this would not be covered under warranty and maybe chargable should you wish us to fix or replace any item. We won't be able to cover any component not supplied by us or the return shipping.
Can you help me with upgrades?
Of course, we love a good upgrade! If you feel your PC needs upgrading we're here to help. We can advise on the best components to upgrade and we can even upgrade them for you should you want us too.Â
Who is your courier?Â
We use DHL Parcel as our main courier.
How can I track my order?Â
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and updated in your my account page.
Do you quality check all PCs?
Yes, once we have built a system, each PC will then undergo a series of stress and performance tests to make sure each component is performing to it's correct standard. After this each PC is then quality checked by several experienced Technicians before being packed up and ready for shipping.Â
